Nursing in public

This week we’re talking about nursing in public. We keep telling you to get out of the house, but what do you do if little one needs to nurse while you’re out?

Fact or fiction

This week we’re going to look at conventional wisdom of parenting and compare it to the best information we have at our disposal. Let’s put to rest all of the musts and must nots that are not only wrong, but can keep you from reaching your breastfeeding goals.

Room change – this week only

This week we are meeting in the upstairs studio space above Village Green Yoga while the downstairs studio floors are redone.

Let’s talk about taking care of ourselves with the demands of motherhood. What’s realistic, what should you forget about for a while.

See you Wednesday!
